Remote monitoring for Veeder-Root TLS-350 consoles
TankPup fetches what your TLS-350 knows, sniffs out alarms, and brings it all to your phone and computer.
TankPup connects to TLS-350 and other TLS-3XX consoles through their serial interface over TCP/IP, and puts what the console reports on your phone and computer.

What you can see and do
Tanks
Volume, ullage, product height, water and temperature for every tank, with history charts.
Alarms in plain English
Active alarms and warnings with what each one means and what to check first, and a notification when one starts.
Sensors
The state of each liquid, vapor and groundwater sensor the console reports.
Lines
Line leak detector status and test results, and starting or stopping a manual line test where your console supports it.
Console Mode
The console’s own display and keypad, live, from your phone or computer — for when you need to do something at the console without driving out.
Reports and backups
Run the console’s reports and save a backup of its settings as files you can keep or share.
Console Mode sends key presses to the console just as if you were standing at it, so it’s limited to technicians, and with app lock turned on it asks for your fingerprint or Face ID first.
What the console needs
- The console’s serial (RS-232) port reachable over the network, usually through a TCP/IP interface module or a serial-to-Ethernet adapter.
- An address TankPup can reach from the internet (a static IP or a dynamic DNS name) and the port the interface listens on.
Not on the internet, or on a network of its own? TankPup Relay connects it through a Windows PC at the site, with nothing to open on the site’s network.
